Today marks the day when like every other year, we see kids preparing posters ,speeches and articles reminding us the Earth has an expiration date.
As far as facts go ,the Paris Agreement was just an assurance for a series of steps to be taken in the future and not a solution in itself.So the withdrawal of American commitment changes nothing except oil companies can pump more carbon emissions than before without much regulation.
The difference being a hasty approach to a climate tipping point in comparison to an already set direction.
Individuals like us should stop pointing fingers everywhere and instead bring about changes ourselves and in our way of living.
