Work has become a major component of adult life .All do some kind of work to make ends meet and to sustain their dependents .But is it necessary to enjoy what you do as long as you earn the bread?
Management professionals specialising in HRM are on the rise and for one special reason, the demand for quality professionals has risen, those who can perform their best given the right conditions.Studies have shown that employees can perform better when they believe that the work they contribute adds up to a common objective better yet, when they are recognised for their contribution.
On the other hand, not all workers can be satisfied with what they do.This is mainly because of poor economic setup of the host country which finds it difficult to deliver the remuneration or perks as required for a particular profession.Hence a degree holder may be forced to work in a varied field with less or no links to his/her degree.
In conclusion, it is all upto the individuals whether they are satisfied with the work that they do.It is because no economic setup can be ideal for a particular job.Securing ones career, earlier in life can pave way for a generous future.
